Position Summary
As a Front of House Associate, you’ll be the face of Levy’s—greeting customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and preparing sandwiches. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a lively environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders with accuracy and friendliness
- Operate the register and handle payments (cash & card)
- Prepare sandwiches, drinks, and bagel orders according to menu standards
- Manage rushes efficiently while maintaining great customer service
- Restock drinks, napkins, condiments, and front-of-house supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, tidy service area and dining space
- Answer questions about the menu and make suggestions when needed
- Work with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.76 - $20.00 per hour
