We're looking for a motivated, dependable Facility Maintenance Associate to help keep our property looking sharp, running smoothly, and feeling welcoming for every customer who walks through our gates. This is a hands-on, get-it-done kind of role — and we love that about it.
Schedule:
Friday – Monday | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
On-call shifts may also be available for those who want extra hours!
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the backbone of our facility's curb appeal and day-to-day upkeep. Your work directly impacts the customer experience and the overall success of the property. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining storage units inside and out
- Performing routine maintenance including door parts, lighting, fencing, and building repairs
- Keeping roadways, landscaping, and common areas clean and debris-free
- Light painting and touch-up work
- Conducting visual property inspections
- Identifying and reporting maintenance needs to management
- Communicating effectively with your team and leadership
- Other duties as assigned — no two days are exactly the same!

Physical Requirements:
This role is hands-on and active. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and light rain
- Perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical stamina throughout the shift
