This entry-level position includes comprehensive paid training across multiple aspects of our sales and marketing operations. Team members will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand representation, and professional development while supporting our home improvement clients through face-to-face interactions at their partnered retail locations.
The Sales Management Trainee role is a paid position designed for individuals looking to begin a career in sales and marketing, develop valuable business skills, and build experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, leadership potential, and a commitment to growth may be considered for additional responsibilities and advancement opportunities as business needs allow.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Understanding and staying up to date with our current client promotions and brand
- Professionally representing and promoting our clients in a retail environment to increase brand awareness
- Assisting in new customer acquisitions on behalf of our clients
- Managing customer concerns with ease and ensures an appropriate resolution to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations
- Shadowing senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge
