Electronic Technician positions are available in the Research & Development department working with factory electrical systems. Job responsibilities include design, construction, installation, and maintenance of machine control and instrumentation systems. Other job responsibilities may include:
- Calibration of electronic instruments and systems
- PLC control system design and programming
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Two-year degree in electronics or equivalent formal classroom training is required
- Associate's Degree is required
Preferred Requirements:
- Practical experience in design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic control systems
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
