After School Program in partnership with Conga Kids, a nationally recognized arts and dance enrichment program!

What You’ll Do
As a Student Worker assigned to the Conga Kids After School Program, you will:

Support program staff during high-energy dance, movement, and enrichment activities

Assist with student supervision, attendance check-ins, transitions, and group support
-
Help prepare materials, organize learning spaces, and set up activity stations
-
Provide positive encouragement to students as they learn new dances and social-emotional skills
-
Work with staff to keep the program running smoothly and safely
-
Bring your creativity, leadership, and enthusiasm to a vibrant after-school environment!

Work Locations, Schedule, & Pay-
Part-time, after school (3 pm - 5 pm)

$18.80 hourly pay (Classified Salary Schedule: Range 001, Step 01)

Days vary based on assignment and student worker statutory limits

Assignments will be at selected IUSD school sites participating in the Conga Kids After School Program

Qualifying candidates will be invited to attend an interview preparation session and panel interviews.

Selected Students:-
Selected students must commit to missing no more than two (2) work days during the Spring session.

The District will make every effort to match students with one of their top three preferred site assignments, as transportation will not be provided.

Students under 18 must submit a valid California Work Permit (B1-4).

The District will cover the cost for students to complete a Live Scan Background Check.
