Pay: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional after-hours and weekends as needed)
What You'll Do:
-
Install high-quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems

Perform both new construction installations and retrofit/change-out projects

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents
-
Complete ductwork, sheet metal fabrication, air balancing, and system startups
-
Maintain professional standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Requirements:
-
5+ years of verifiable residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
-
Strong skills in new construction and retrofit installations
-
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Universal EPA Certification
-
Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred:
-
NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

HVAC Trade School Certificate

Experience with sheet metal and air balancing
