Now Hiring: Seasonal and/or Full-Time Marine Electronics Technician
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working around boats, solving technical challenges, and delivering high-quality installations and service work.
Daily Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, and troubleshoot marine electronics systems
● Mount and wire chartplotters, radar systems, autopilots, sonar, VHF radios, audio systems, and networking equipment
● Perform vessel inspections and diagnostics
● Run and terminate marine-grade wiring and network cabling
● Update software and firmware on marine electronics systems
● Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
● Test installed systems to ensure proper operation
● Maintain a clean and organized work environment
● Interact professionally with customers and marina personnel
Preferred Skills & Experience:
● Previous marine electronics, electrical, automotive, aviation, or low-voltage installation experience
● Knowledge of NMEA 2000, Ethernet networking and 12V/24V DC systems
● Experience with brands such as Raymarine, Garmin, Simrad, Furuno, Fusion, JL Audio, and Airmar
● Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems
● Comfortable working on boats both in and out of the water
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Quality multimeter
● Wire strippers and crimping tools
● Heat gun
● Basic hand tools
● Cordless drill/driver
● Network cable termination tools
● Label maker (optional but beneficial)
