Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and adaptable Flex Worker to join our team. This is a dynamic role where you will split your time between retail assistance, warehouse work, and general support across our multiple locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
If you are someone who likes variety in their day—from cashiering and stocking to warehouse organization—this is the job for you. You will be the ultimate team player, stepping in wherever help is needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Cashiering: Greet customers, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle transactions accurately at our retail locations.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with loading and unloading shipments, organizing warehouse inventory, and pulling items for store delivery or customer orders.
- Inventory & Stocking: Unpack deliveries, stock retail shelves, and ensure products are neatly organized and accessible.
- General Flex Assistance: Act as an all-around helper for managers and staff, jumping into different roles as daily operational needs change.
- Operational Travel: Travel between our different locations to assist where needed. A company vehicle is provided for on-the-clock use during your shift (please note: the vehicle is for operational use only and cannot be taken home at the end of the day).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Required, as you will be driving a company vehicle for work operations.
- Versatility & Flex Mindset: A "no task is too small" attitude with the ability to switch gears quickly between retail and warehouse environments.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work across various store and warehouse locations in Nassau and Suffolk County.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable moving around the store/warehouse, and lifting moderately heavy boxes (up to 40-50 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctual, consistent, and communicative.
- Experience: Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience as a cashier, warehouse associate, or general laborer is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
