Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts (please provide a screenshot of your current license)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting with pediatric populations
- Bilingual proficiency to support students and families from diverse backgrounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to pass drug screening, fingerprinting, background/CORI check
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes as required
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary staff
- Act as an advocate for students' needs and support inclusion
- Follow established procedures for attendance, reporting absences, and school communications
