Revive is a fast-growing, innovative, licensed co-occurring outpatient behavioral health agency, dedicated to creating therapeutic and community solutions for populations who experience stigma, trauma, co-occurring disorders, justice system involvement and homelessness. Our services integrate boots-on-the-ground street outreach teams, peer support specialists, FCS Supportive Housing and Supported Employment specialists with highly skilled, trauma-informed, culturally responsive clinicians and SUD providers.
Revive offers comprehensive care for recovery and restoration. We focus on healing, empowerment, and strengths. Services include psychotherapy, SUD treatment, peer support, TMS, and medication management. Our clinicians use attachment-focused EMDR. We accept most insurances, including private insurances, Medicaid and Medicare.

Job Description
Position Summary
Revive Counseling Spokane is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our outpatient mental health clinical team. This role provides clinical supervision, staff training, workflow guidance, chart review, and oversight to ensure high-quality, ethical, and compliant care. The ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional in Washington State with clinical supervision experience, EMDR training, and a commitment to evidence-based practices. This is a salary-exempt leadership position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

The Clinical Supervisor will lead and mentor clinical providers, developing and coordinating best practice supervision models, training based on the leading research in the field and requirements for licensure. Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, training and consultation of clinical staff and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of agency service goals and objectives.
- Participates in planning and evaluation of programs, including coordination of monthly staff meetings.
- Participates in peer review, supervision, intake and diagnostic staffing, in-house educational and administrative meetings as directed.
- Displays a commitment to evidence-based or best practices.
- Performs chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff.
- Assists with the recruitment, hiring, and training of qualified clinical staff.
- May also be involved in crisis intervention and work as a liaison within the community.
- Ensures ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
- Ensures all services comply with industry standards (e.g. DOH, HCA and WAC policies and procedures and the Joint Commission accreditation body for licensed outpatient agencies).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral or related field from an accredited university and
- 2 years’ clinical experience in a health or human service agency, one year of which working directly with behavioral health or addiction recovery population
Licenses/Certifications
- Professional license to practice mental health counseling and/or clinical social work in the State of Washington, issued by the Washington State Department of Health for at least 2 years in accordance with RCS 18.225.090
- Must be an approved supervisor in accordance with WAC 246-809-334
- Must be EMDR trained with at least one year of experience.
Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $90,00 – $120,00 annually, depending on experience
- Paid Time Off: 80 hours vacation, 8 paid holidays, and accrued sick leave
