We are looking for a full-time Wall Division Manager to join our team.
- This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.
Essential Functions
- Lead and manage the Wall Division, setting strategic goals, and overseeing day-to-day operations to achieve growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue and market share for the Wall Division.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the division's customer base.
- Oversee project management, including project bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service and project satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze division performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing leadership and mentorship to division staff.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to wall systems and construction.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of design proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in wall design and construction.
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience
Minimum Education (or substitute experience required):
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field: Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Minimum experience required:
- 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a management or leadership role within a wall division.
Skills required:
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and teams.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
