Are you an experienced RN /NP/or PA in the world of aesthetics that is passionate about the Aesthetics industry? We are a Medical Spa practice seeking an experienced part-time/full-time licensed RN /NP/ PA (injector) with a strong cosmetic background to join our growing team. Our injectors perform various aesthetic skin rejuvenation treatments using a variety of products to create custom injectable treatments. To be considered, you must be skilled, passionate, and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
· Provide a range of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skincare consultations.
· Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to patients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as attract new clients to expand your client base.
· Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
· Perform aesthetic procedures following all safety protocols and maintaining high standards of patient care.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic nursing techniques, products, and industry trends.
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring clients are well-informed about treatments, outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
· Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, client information, and outcomes.
· Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to follow-up appointments.
· Actively promote our medical spa, treatments, retail, and available promotions.
· Willing to participate in creation and posting of social media marketing.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
· An active unencumbered RN /NP/or PA license for the State of California
· In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, the aging process, and various aesthetic treatments.
· Strong understanding of skincare products and the ability to recommend appropriate products for individual clients.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive and long term relationships with clients.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and within a team.
