We are seeking an experienced Floral Designer to join our team in Kutztown, PA.

Responsibilities
- Create high‑quality floral arrangements for everyday orders, events, holidays, and special occasions
- Assist customers with floral selections and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for flowers/plants
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast‑paced environment
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Support daily shop operations as needed
Requirements
- Experience as a floral designer is required
- Strong design skills and knowledge of floral varieties, care, and handling
- Pleasant, professional attitude and ability to work well with others
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move buckets or arrangements
- Wire service experience (Teleflora, FTD, BloomNet) is a plus but not required
