Job Description
Affordable Flooring Outlet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Flooring Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. The Flooring Coordinator will be responsible for customer communication, measuring jobs, coordinating installations, ordering materials, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.
If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and some flooring or construction knowledge, we’d love to talk with you.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout each project
- Measure residential and light commercial spaces accurately
- Calculate square footage and material needs
- Coordinate installation schedules and crews
- Order and track flooring materials
- Communicate project timelines and updates
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain organized job and customer records
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and correctly
Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience required
- Flooring, construction, or home improvement experience preferred
- Ability to accurately measure spaces
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, Excel, email, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience
Preferred:
- Flooring Industry: 1 year
- Customer Service: 2 years
