Job Summary
As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our passengers. Your primary responsibility will be to operate shuttle vehicles, providing excellent customer service while adhering to all safety regulations. What you’ll do
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with special needs
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and any passenger concerns
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger counts
- Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and report any issues promptly
Basic qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license with appropriate endorsements for shuttle driving
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles such as bus or paratransit driving
- Proven ability to handle heavy lifting and assist passengers with mobility challenges
