Job Title: Breakfast Attendant
We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive breakfast host or hostess with outstanding people- skills. As a member of the breakfast team, you will have the opportunity to use your culinary talent to prepare amazing food items and serve them with a smile to our guests. Our ideal breakfast attendant is creative, friendly, attentive and welcoming. In addition, they will interact with our guests and be able to prepare and serve delicious food while maintaining a clean environment. Job Duties:
- Prepares foods such as eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, waffle batter, gravy, etc.
- Stocks coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.
- Sets out and arranges food for our guests.
- Clears and cleans tables as they are vacated.
- Wipes up spills.
- Removes trash.
- Washes dishes.
- Restocks food and supplies as needed.
- Follows city, county, and/or state guidelines on food prep, storage, sanitation, and other items as directed.
- Takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
- Takes direction from the Food and Beverage Supervisor and management staff.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service and/or foodservice experience preferred
- Exemplary attendance practices.
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to multi task.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays and early morning hours, 6:00 AM start time.
- Food Handler Certificate from State of WA.
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor toward guests and fellow employees at all times.
