Duties
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Executing technical accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and implement cost management initiatives to enhance profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management roles with a strong focus on budgeting and fiscal management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes and practices.
- Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to perform complex financial analysis..
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the industry.
