What You'll Do:
- Oversee organizational and financial management of the care center
- Ensure business development and continuous improvement
- Supervise clinical managers to deliver quality patient care
- Provide input on marketing activities and plans
- Coach and direct staff
- Implement performance improvement programs
- Address issues from surveys or audits
- Make employment decisions for direct report staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing or a clinical-related field
- Two years of Hospice RN experience and one year of supervisory experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or clinical-related field
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional
- EMR: Homecare Homebase experience
