Don't have a Health Insurance License? No problem! We believe in developing talent. Qualified candidates who are not currently licensed will have the opportunity to complete our licensing course and receive guidance through the licensing process so they can begin a successful career in health insurance sales.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through community outreach, networking events, inbound/outbound calls, and telemarketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate health insurance products.
- Negotiate plan options and pricing while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Analyze client needs and market trends to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and guiding clients through the enrollment process.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued and encouraged.
- Knowledge of health insurance products is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and benefits administration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, documentation, and follow-up procedures.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
