Responsibilities:
-Applicants must currently reside in or near Fairfax, VA. Relocation is not provided.
-Location & Training Requirements
This position is based in Fairfax, VA.
Candidates must be available to attend in-person interviews and complete 3–4 weeks of initial training in Warrenton, VA before transitioning to the Fairfax location
- Visit clients’ homes to evaluate kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
- Understand the client’s goals, style, and budget
- Take measurements and assess existing conditions
- Return to the office to prepare designs, proposals, and contracts
- Present the project to the client- Close the sale and follow up through the process
- Must have experience using 2020 Design software. Experience with other kitchen, bath, or interior design software is a plus (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, Fusion 360, or Cabinet Vision).
Experience:
-Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom design (residential)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable meeting clients in their homes
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of design software is a plus
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Compensation:
