We are seeking reliable and hardworking Line Packers to join our production team in a fast-paced cold storage environment. The Line Packer is responsible for packaging products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met while following all food safety and company policies.
- Pack products accurately and efficiently on a production line.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain production pace to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with labeling, sorting, stacking, and palletizing products as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 5pounts to 40 pounds regularly.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Previous production, warehouse, or food processing experience is a plus but not required.
Employees must be able to wear and work comfortably in:
- Rubber boots
