Full Time Electrician (Apprentice, Journeyman and Master)

We’re looking to add excellent electricians for our team.
We require:
- 3 years of experience for Apprentice
- 5 years of experience for Journeyman
- 7 years of experience for Master
- Previous experience working with a reputable company or on your own.
- Must be able to lead a project ranging from a bathroom/kitchen remodel to whole house remodel and addition. New Construction and site work experience is a plus.
Pay: $30-50/hr to start, with growth potential. Full Benefits Available.
Mission of the Electrician: To help the company Founder and GM grow the electric division by 50-100% in one year by implementing current project management and client satisfaction policies and advising Founder and GM of new policies to test and implement.
Key Outcomes :
- Complete residential and light commercial projects, small jobs and/or service calls, independently or with other team members.
- Depending on your experience you can lead teams, work independently or work on existing teams. There is a wide variety of work available.
- Take part in our planning meetings at project start and finish as well as weekly and daily planning and job documentation
- Team or project leaders and managers will be tracking and managing deviations from scope internally and externally with clients
- Help us maintain, create and implement Quality Control policies to ensure current and future employees and subcontractors are performing to expectations.
- Based on your experience, help create a measurable policy set to maintain and perfect the client experience of simplicity, transparency, and extreme care and attention to clients financial goals, quality expectations, and overall satisfaction with The Client experience.
- Maintain and grow supplier and vendor directory and relationships to ensure the company is a leader / has a quality array of products within the types of work we perform. 1 multi product supplier relationship and 3 products per month.
- Respect and honor the dignity of all humans, regardless of their beliefs, race etc.
- Skills which are a plus
- Proficiency in construction management software Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in construction estimating and budget management.
- Excellent blueprint reading capabilities along with an understanding of schematics.
