Job Summary:
The Golf Outside Services Manager will assist the Director of Golf in managing and executing daily golf operations at The Fall Line Club. The ideal candidate will be organized, with strong communication skills, and dedicated to providing a memorable experience for our members and guests. This role involves coordinating between various departments, maintaining high standards, and ensuring exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between various departments and maintain the highest standards of the club.

Manage daily caddy operations, including scheduling and performance. The club intends to enter an arrangement with Club Up to assist with the engagement of caddies.

Member & Guest Relations: Greet and engage with all members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Golf Shop Operations: Assists with daily golf shop operations including sales, handling golf charges, managing inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized shop. Andrew will come up with list of bullet points

Merchandising: Set up, change, and maintain golf shop displays. Perform regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.

Custom Orders: Process and manage custom orders for members and guests.

Golf Course Assistance: Maintain your own golf game to be available to play with members. Assist with cleaning clubs, maintaining the range, and overseeing golf cart maintenance.

Bag Drop Coordination: Manage and coordinate the bag drop service throughout the day.

Facility Maintenance: Ensure the range and practice facilities are kept in excellent condition. Clean, charge, and stock golf carts as needed.

Expectations
This position requires a flexible schedule, with hours that may vary depending on the operational needs and usage patterns of the Club. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and will be scheduled in accordance with Club events, member activity, and seasonal demands.
In addition to primary responsibilities, the employee may be expected to perform cross-functional duties as needed to support various departments within the Club. This may include assisting with events, member services, facility operations, or other tasks that contribute to the overall success and smooth functioning of the Club. Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for this role.
Seasonal Work Schedule
This is a Seasonal Full-Time position with an anticipated employment season of September through June.
Work hours are based on Club usage and operational needs and may fluctuate throughout the season. Employees should anticipate reduced hours during periods of lower Club activity, particularly during December through February. Additional hours, including overtime when authorized, may be available during periods of peak Club usage.
The position requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events as scheduled.
Employment during a future season is anticipated based on business needs and satisfactory performance but is not guaranteed.
