Man Welding Services provides various services to operators throughout New Mexico and West Texas. We're expanding our crew and currently hiring for multiple positions across our shop and field operations:
- Diesel Mechanic — Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in the shop and field. 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred; CDL a plus.
- BOP Tester — Test, inspect, and certify blowout preventers and well control equipment to company and regulatory standards. Prior BOP testing or well control experience preferred.
- General Laborer — Support field and shop operations: equipment setup/teardown, site cleanup, loading/unloading, and assisting skilled trades. No prior oilfield experience required — great entry point into the industry.
What We're Looking For (All Positions)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work safely in an oilfield environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
