Duties & Responsibilities
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and guest experiences. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services that enhance the well-being and appearance of our clients while promoting products and services that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and treatments.
- Provide makeup application services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Utilize software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized care.
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proven experience in makeup application, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatment is preferred.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products effectively.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning in the beauty industry.
