The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented, collaborative Marketing professional to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to grow their skills across digital, print, presentation, and multimedia design. You'll partner closely with marketers, brokers, and leadership to elevate our brand, support high-visibility transactions, and produce polished, professional materials that reflect LAO's reputation in the market.
This position is based in our Scottsdale office and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
What You'll Do
Design & Production
- Design and produce marketing collateral including offering emails, listing packages, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations
- Develop transaction-based templates and scalable corporate marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all deliverables
AI Branding & Technology
- Leverage emerging AI tools to facilitate the functioning of the marketing department
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the LAO brand standards for AI-generated marketing materials
Creative & Brand Support
- Contribute creative concepts and design solutions that enhance LAO's brand presence
- Stay current on design trends and recommend improvements to workflows, templates, and processes
Content & Communications
- Assist with copywriting and editing for brochures, presentations, website content, and internal communications
- Provide quality control and proofing support across marketing materials
Digital & Social
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
- Support website updates and basic content management
Events & Vendors
- Assist with the coordination and production of company and industry events
- Manage relationships with outside vendors for printing, promotional materials, and event collateral
- Oversee printing, binding, and shipping of marketing materials
Other
- Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed
The optimal candidate will possess all or most of the following:
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or corporate marketing is a plus
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Video creation and editing experience
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- W-2 position with eligibility for annual raises and bonuses
