Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience at a personal injury firm or insurance defense firm and be confident managing litigation files, particularly handling depositions and overseeing the demand team.
You’ll be part of a results-driven legal team with the autonomy to manage your own caseload while also benefiting from mentorship and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of litigated personal injury files from inception through resolution.
- Conduct and defend depositions (plaintiff, defendant, witness, and expert).
- Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and other legal documents.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a personal injury law firm or personal injury defense firm (litigation experience required).
- Proven experience conducting and defending depositions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a litigation caseload.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
