Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment conducive to learning
- Communicate clearly with children, staff, and parents as needed to support child progress
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to keep children engaged in classroom activities
- Experience working with children in early childhood education
- Knowledge of curriculum implementation and lesson planning techniques
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, staff, and parents
- Ability to adapt instruction creatively to meet diverse needs and learning styles
- Proven ability in behavior management and mentoring students to develop social-emotional skills
