Role Description
This is a full-time remote Construction Project Manager role. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily project activities, managing the construction budget, oversight of construction management, and of course project management.
Qualifications
Construction Project Management, Project Coordination, and Project Management skills
Budgeting and Construction Management skills
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local building codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, while communicating effectively with remote teams
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction, or related field
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is an asset
Five or more years of experience in construction project management required, with significant experience in large-scale hotel renovations preferred
Pay range in United States
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
Base Salary
$85,000/yr. - $130,000/yr.
