CED Mental Health Center has an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seriously mentally ill (SMI) adults in Etowah County! This position will work closely with community corrections A Master's degree in a human service field with a clinical practicum is required.

Rehabilitative counseling services for adults with SMI are provided under the guidelines of the Alabama Department of Mental Health and Medicaid through the development of individualized treatment plans, assisting recipients with medication and treatment compliance, learning coping skills, and working through a crisis situation.
Must be organized, have good working relationships, have the ability to discern recipient needs and levels of service intensity.
