Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Coach to join our team at our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching swimming and other sports. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire individuals of all ages to develop their swimming skills and foster a love for the sport in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers
- Provide instruction on water safety, swimming techniques, and stroke development
- Supervise participants during swim sessions, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area in accordance with health regulations
- Stay updated on best practices in coaching, water safety, and child development
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a lifeguard or sports coach is highly desirable
- Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate participants of all ages
- Passion for promoting health, fitness, and teamwork through sports and swimming activities
