Job Summary
Celebrate Independence provides services to individuals who participate in DDA Waivers in their homes and communities. The DSP works with participants to increase their independence and to foster participation and belonging in their community. This post is for clients in Frederick County.
***MUST HAVE PERSONAL VEHICLE AND DRIVER'S INSURANCE***
**CPR/First Aid and Mandt certification is a huge plus**
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in activities of daily living and personal hygiene, light housework, laundry and grocery shopping
- Facilitate client engagement in their community as they choose
- Help clients secure volunteer sites
- Help individuals achieve goals as outlined in their PCP
- Keep accurate time sheet logs and submit them each week
Experience
- Minimum 1 year direct care experience
- Must have personal transportation
- Must pass state and federal background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
