We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and possess a passion for the food industry.
Pay (Total average: $10–$11/hour)
- Base: $ 9/hour PLUS
- Tips: Average $1-2/hour
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Answer phones and complete delivery tickets
- Preparing and serving ordered ice cream
- Operating the cash register and handling money/credit cards/gift cards
- Stocking product
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience with customer service roles, particularly in the food industry or retail settings, is highly valued.
