Legacy Youth Tennis and Education is a non-profit, sports-based youth development organization in Philadelphia. In addition to rigorous tennis programs at the center and in the community, Legacy offers educational programming to prepare young people for success both on and off the tennis court. Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the President/CEO this position is responsible for providing high level, administrative support. This position serves as a strategic supporter, creative asset, and liaison between the President/CEO, senior leadership, and external partners. The ideal candidate blends administrative execution with creative capabilities, driving special initiatives and managing the President/CEO’s visionary projects from concept to completion.
Essential Responsibilities
● Provides direct administrative support to the President & CEO with daily touch base virtual meetings.
● Partners with the President/CEO to support and advance organizational and strategic initiatives.
● Act as the dedicated project owner for the President and CEOs specialized project concepts, turning ideas into operational realities.
● Assists with end-to-end travel logistics/itineraries and accommodations for organizational guests, high profile talent, strategic partners, and the President and CEO, including utilizing booking systems to secure flights, hotels, ground transportation and serving as the primary point of contact for real-time schedule changes or emergencies.
● Schedules group meetings and individual appointments and updates the President/CEO on all schedule changes.
● Creates and refines Power Point decks ensuring all visual decks strictly align with company brand identity, typography, color palettes, and formatting standards.
● Assists in producing, scripting and editing video content, video updates or digital messages from the President and CEO for distribution.
● Assists with crafting live remarks.
● Translates organizational data, metrics and abstract ideas into clean, engaging and professional visual layouts.
● Assists the President and CEO with correspondence, memos, emails and briefings while strictly safeguarding proprietary, sensitive organizational information.
● Assists in the communication and scheduling of meetings with board members, including meetings between the President/CEO and board members, committee meetings, assisting with agendas, meeting notices, board books, tech set up and catering.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent teamwork and people skills
● High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, AI+, virtual conferencing tools and calendar management
● Strong time-management capabilities with attention to detail
● Willingness to take on impromptu tasks and adjust accordingly

Pay: $30.00 per hour
