NewGen Administrative Services partners with skilled nursing facilities to provide compassionate, person-centered care. We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who can audit claims with precision and talk to families with heart—because every dollar collected directly supports our residents and our team.
What you’ll do:
- Audit and submit Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO claims
- Assist patients and families with billing questions—on the phone and in person
- Proactively manage delinquent accounts and set up reasonable payment plans
- Prepare accounts for collections when necessary, always with dignity and respect
What you bring:
- Must have:SNF billing experience + strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and HMO billing rules
- Must have:Confidence communicating directly with patients and families
- Nice to have:2+ years of SNF billing experience
