Salary range: $135,000-$150,000

It is the responsibility of the Director to direct and administer Environmental Services, Food & Nutrition Services, Linen Services, and Patient Transportation departments to ensure optimal operation of support services. Maintaining the hospital environment in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition for patients, visitors and employees. The Director is responsible for all aspects of Human Resource Management of the departments, and serves on a variety of hospital standing committees and ADHOC planning groups. Responsible to direct, coach and provide service to the organization with a strong sense of customer service. Responsible for the oversight of food services program. Additional responsibilities include supervision of all patient movement within the hospital, managing of all performance data associated with the departments activity as well as oversee the linen and uniform programs within the Hospital; ensure adequate par levels, manage lost linen and ensure linen is in pristine shape at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business/OR management
- 3-5 years supervisory and managerial experience, preferably in a Healthcare setting.
- CHESP certification required.
