Lead a Team in Specialized Concrete & Demolition Work

Mountain Temp Services is hiring an experienced Demo Lead Foreman for a leading concrete cutting, drilling, demolition, and surface preparation company in Denver.
This is an opportunity for a skilled construction professional who enjoys hands-on leadership, managing crews, and delivering high-quality work on commercial and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in concrete demolition, saw cutting, core drilling, or related construction work and can confidently lead a crew while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise demolition crews on commercial and industrial projects.
- Coordinate daily job activities, crew assignments, and project priorities.
- Perform concrete sawing, drilling, demolition, and surface preparation tasks.
- Operate and oversee the use of demolition equipment, power tools, and specialty equipment.
- Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and measurements.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety procedures.
- Train and provide guidance to crew members.
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members regarding job progress and requirements.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and job sites in a safe and organized condition.
- Complete job documentation and daily reports as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Senior Laborer in demolition, concrete cutting, construction, or a related field.
- Experience with concrete sawing, drilling, demolition, or surface preparation preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a crew while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices.
- Ability to read plans, measurements, and job specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating concrete saws, core drills, wall saws, or similar equipment.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with commercial construction projects.
- Experience training and mentoring team members.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
