The Opportunity
We're launching a new plumbing company in Nashville, and we're looking for the right licensed plumber to build and run it as an equity partner — not an employee.
We've successfully launched and scaled multiple restoration and reconstruction companies across the country, and we're bringing that same playbook to plumbing. We put up the capital, set up insurance, LLC formation, the website, Google Business Profile, financial and tax reporting, and marketing. We'll also work side-by-side with you to get your software, scheduling, phone systems, and price book (good/better/best pricing) dialed in from day one.
Your job: be the face of the company, do great work, take care of customers, hire and train your team.

This location will be the first of a new business concept. As we launch additional locations across the country, we'll centralize back-office operations — reducing overhead, increasing profitability, and building visibility for the brand nationwide. Getting in as our first plumbing partner puts you at the ground floor of that growth.

Requirements:
- Active Tennessee LLP license, or actively preparing/eligible to sit for the LLP exam
- A track record of taking exceptional care of customers — we'd love to see this reflected in 5-star reviews on your current company's Google Business Profile, Yelp, or similar, especially reviews that call you out by name
- A hunger to build something of your own, without cutting corners to get there
- Comfortable operating lean and being resourceful, especially in the early days
- Strong communication skills and a genuine care for the people you serve
