Duties
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and motivating staff to exceed targets through effective coaching and training
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to increase market share and customer engagement
- Implement employee orientation programs focusing on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and company policies
- Utilize strong negotiation skills during vendor negotiations and purchasing decisions to maximize profitability
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication skills, leadership, and team management
- Proven experience in sales management or store management roles with supervisory responsibilities residential experience is nice to have!
- Excellent communication skills paired with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Leadership qualities demonstrated through supervising teams, managing employee performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative work culture
