Your Impact:
As a Dental Assistant, you will be a critical part of our dental team, working closely with our doctors and hygienists to deliver outstanding care to our patients. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and caring approach will help make every visit a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist with a variety of procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments, and maintain a clean, organized treatment room
- Take high-quality X-rays and assist with diagnostics
- Provide patients with education on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and treatment plans
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records
- Help manage office flow and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere for all patients
We’re Looking For:
We want to meet a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or someone with equivalent training who is excited about making a real difference in patients' lives.
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant Certification (required) and/or equivalent training
- Prior experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train a motivated, enthusiastic candidate
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a passion for patient care
