Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL Drivers for over-the-road hauling. These roles involve long-haul deliveries in the United States area and are typically gone 4-5 days per week, but home every weekend. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and committed to maintaining high safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul and local routes
- Transport goods efficiently while meeting delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and electronic records
Driving Specific Information:
- Hourly Pay—Not Per Mile: Our drivers are compensated for every hour worked, ensuring consistent and reliable earnings, and often including overtime.
- Guaranteed Pay During Downtime: If your truck is down for repairs, you’re still paid—no lost income.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy being home every weekend plus 10 paid holidays each year.
