This position is full-time. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 a.m. Evenings and weekends are typically free, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
YOUR ROLE
In this Sales-to-Production Specialist role, you will begin your day by ensuring a seamless handoff of information between our sales and production teams. You will coordinate daily schedules, verify the accuracy of documentation and CRM workflows, and facilitate clear communication with both customers and colleagues. Throughout the day, you will be responsible for scheduling readiness, maintaining comprehensive records, and supporting the analysis of key performance indicators. You will participate in operational and leadership meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and expand your familiarity with industry software such as ServiceTitan. As you demonstrate initiative and reliability, you will be entrusted with greater responsibility and offered opportunities for professional advancement. Your work will be essential to the ongoing growth, efficiency, and customer service excellence of The Chimney Guys.
SALES-TO-PRODUCTION SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of administrative, operations, scheduling, dispatching, project coordination, or office support experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities

Experience coordinating between multiple departments or teams

Experience managing detailed records, documentation, and follow-up tasks

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience using CRM software and/or operational management systems

Ability to learn and navigate ServiceTitan or similar field service software
Preferred:

Ability to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and reports

Experience with ServiceTitan

Experience in home services, construction, trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or chimney industries

Dispatching or scheduling experience
