Yasuke Ramen & Bar is currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Manager. The job duties will include but are not limited to the following
- Ensuring incoming and current staff members comply with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining food and safety quality standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling issues with the staff and customers
- Organizing schedules for all departments of the restaurant
- Tracking employee in times and monitoring hours
- Keeping track of food orders, and supplies
- Keeping close contact and relation with acting GM
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Ensuring all end of the day cash outs are correctly completed
- Coordinating daily front and back of house restaurant operations
- Controlling operation costs and identifying how to cut waste
- Ensuring the energy within the restaurant amongst staff is well balanced
- Diffusing employee conflicts
- Monitoring staff performance
- Interview and recruiting new employees
- Interacting with guests and staff to improve overall restaurant performance
- Ensuring online reviews are positive and 5 stars
