Job Overview
We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Canvassers / Field Marketing Representatives to join our team.
No selling required at the door! Your primary responsibility is engaging homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, starting conversations about their home improvement needs, and scheduling appointments for our expert sales team to deliver free estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Engagement: Walk targeted residential areas to introduce Clear Choice Home Improvement products and services to homeowners.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify interested homeowners and set up free, no-obligation home estimate consultations for our sales team.
- Lead Tracking: Accurately enter homeowner information and appointment details into our mobile CRM software.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the professional face of Clear Choice Home Improvement in company-provided apparel.
- Hit Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals to maximize your performance bonuses.
What We Offer
- High Earning Potential: Guaranteed base pay of $20 - $22/hour (based on experience) paired with lucrative bonus structures to help you realistically earn $85,000 to $120,000+ annually.

- Career Advancement: Outstanding canvassers are fast-tracked into Direct In-Home Sales Representative roles (earning top-tier 6-figure incomes) or Field Management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus—but no experience is required!
- Stamina & Drive: Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet walking 4–6 miles per day in varying weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Energetic, confident, and professional oral communication skills with a positive, resilient attitude.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including afternoon/evening hours and weekends (Saturdays are peak outreach days).
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
