A leading Senior Living organization is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations at our community located in the North Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a compassionate and driven leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors while achieving strong business results.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming, positive environment for residents, families, and staff through strong communication and an open-door approach.
- Lead by example, ensuring exceptional care, attention to detail, and a high standard of service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families and residents while upholding quality assurance standards.
- Recruit, train, and guide a talented team dedicated to excellence.
- Oversee financial performance, regulatory compliance, and community operations.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for serving seniors.
- A college degree preferred.
- Arizona Administrator’s license required.
- Previous experience as an Executive Director / Administrator in senior living required.
- 3–5 years of proven success in operations management, with strong financial and sales performance (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license.
