Job Summary
Join our team as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver and become a vital part of providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services for individuals with medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other non-emergency needs. In this role, you will operate passenger vans—ensuring timely and comfortable rides while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations. Your dedication will help improve the quality of life for our clients by delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.

Duties
- Safely operate passenger vans to transport clients to and from medical appointments and other destinations.
- Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate customer service.
- Follow local driving routes and adhere strictly to state transportation regulations to ensure safety and compliance at all times.
- Use GPS navigation systems to plan efficient routes, avoiding delays and ensuring punctuality.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, dispatchers, and providers to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Complete required trip documentation using company systems.
- Follow all company safety policies and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating passenger vans.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Friendly and patient with people of all ages and diverse needs.
- Professional in appearance and attitude.
- Comfortable driving throughout North Idaho.
- Adaptable to changing schedules and distance driving.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Safe, defensible driver.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using a tablet for GPS navigation tools and local driving routes to optimize travel times.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and state transportation regulations.
- Previous medical transportation experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong commitment to safety and service excellence is essential.
- No CDL necessary.

- Must be 25 years old or older
- Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background check, motor vehicle record review, authorized to work in the United States, and pass credentialing requirements.
We offer competitive pay, paid training, flexible scheduling, supportive team environment, paid credentialing. Schedule is Monday through Friday 7-5, part-time to full-time position.
