Job Overview: Assistant Carpet Cleaning Technician
We are looking for dedicated and motivated Assistant Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a Lead Technician to ensure high-quality cleaning services and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Technician with all aspects of carpet cleaning services
- Prepare and organize cleaning equipment and supplies
- Move furniture and protect customer property as needed
- Perform detail vacuuming, prespraying, spotting, and grooming
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support the team in delivering efficient and professional service

- Overseeing and performing daily job duties
- Driving and maintaining the company vehicle

Compensation:
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour + commission
- Average earnings: $35–$40/hour during peak seasonal months
Job Qualifications
- Must have own transportation to and from our office
- Must live within a 15-mile radius of Flagstaff
- Must pass a clean police background check, and have a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Open availability Monday–Friday, with occasional nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
