Duties

- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills for precise food preparation and portion control
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar food service role within a restaurant or culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in fine dining settings or with dietary departments is highly desirable
- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and menu planning is a plus
