Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily Bistro operations, including wildlife care and team coordination to ensure smooth service flow.
- Oversee food ordering and communication with guests about their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage POS Square for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels of merchandise, order new products, manage presentation of souvenirs.
Skills
- Wildlife care, animal behavior analysis
- Proven management skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or food service settings.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Square; strong cash handling skills.
- Knowledge of food safety management, inventory control, and food handling regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage guest schedules, timing and stocking
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable wildlife experiences in casual or fine dining settings.
