Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and objectives for custom booth projects, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and problem resolution.
- Conduct prompt, thorough solicitation, and follow-up through verbal and written communication.
- Apply strong knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and spatial awareness to ensure precise booth design and layout.
- Write and present proposals to clients using professional communication and company-provided or self-developed materials.
- Oversee booth construction to ensure alignment with design specifications while managing labor efficiently.
- Coordinate project requirements with designers, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
- Coordinate logistics such as shipping, transportation, on-site installation, and dismantling.
- Work standard office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM), with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet tradeshow deadlines and support events.
- Strong interaction and collaboration with other departments.
Requirements & Skills
- Tradeshow or related industry experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- College degree and/or relevant work experience required.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional client relationships.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site during trade shows or exhibitions as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
- $21.63 per hour + Overtime
